+ WHERE WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Creative sessions can take place anywhere. Depending on the session type you desire (senior, family, or other) you will have several options and combinations to choose from. I prefer to shoot outdoors in natural light but many times we will capture images both in the comfort of your home and out in the great wide world. I have lighting and backdrops available for clients who would like a more studio-style look and these can be brought to your home.
+ WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
I understand that life happens; illness, weather, travel delays or emergencies unexpectedly come up. If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency on your part, please call me as soon as possible (at least 24-48 hours in advance).
Local weather is unpredictable and so we will watch the forecast together and wait to cancel sessions until necessary. I understand that being picture ready takes some preparation and I am mindful of that when contemplating cancelling a session. For clients that have hair and makeup appointments associated, we will do our best to cancel early so that you are not charged any fees.
+ WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY ORDER?
Custom photography is obviously particular to the client and print orders, once placed, cannot be refunded. I do offer payment plans if needed. Your order must be paid for in full at the time of delivery. I accept cash, check or credit card.
+ CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME?
Part of my job, and also a perk, is that I get to see all of your amazing portraits and artwork before you do. I insist on checking each order that comes in to make sure that it is correct and the quality is what I expect for you. That being said, sometimes clients are out of state or would like to drop ship gifts directly to family members. If you desire orders to be shipped directly, we can discuss your needs. In these cases, additional fees may apply.
